I love this sculpture in the gardens. These guys do not want to “hear, see or speak” of freezing temperatures anymore than the rest of us. Earlier this week the gardens saw minimal frost damage. We are lucky to be located in an urban area and sheltered by tall pines which offers the azaleas more protection from frost. We hope Sunday morning will be the last frost of the season. Currently the gardens are looking fantastic! We are at peak bloom so if have not visited please come by and see us. Our later blooming azaleas haven’t started showing yet so there is still plenty of color to come. Until next week….
