The WRAL Azalea Gardens are located behind the WRAL-TV 5 studios at the intersection of Western Blvd. and Avent Ferry Road, just across the street from North Carolina State University. Easy access to and from the television station to the heart of the Triangle area is an essential requirement for broadcasting, and for garden tours and events as well. It may not be as quick as taking the Sky 5 helicopter, but the highways and byways are all near the gardens location.
